5. Product Availability

6. Order Processing

  • Order confirmation is only an acknowledgment of receipt.
  • A contract exists only once we send an invoice.
  • If a pricing or stock error occurs, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
  • Orders are generally processed within 3 business days.

7. Delivery

  • Products are shipped from our licensed warehouse at Unit 17D Tromode Estate.
  • Delivery instructions will state that the parcel must be signed for by someone aged 18+.
  • If your item is out of stock, we may offer a backorder or cancellation.
  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any damage immediately.
  • We are not liable for delayed/non-delivery due to incorrect information.

8. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returned goods must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
  • You must return goods within 7 days of cancellation.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds exclude postal charges, import duties, and taxes.
  • Falkland Islands Spirits is not liable for damage/loss during return transit.
  • Refunds will be issued within 28 days upon receiving returned goods.
